About the role :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP to join our client in a public sector environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support the implementation of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders across various departments to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and technical data quality requirements for S/4 migration.
- Act as the main point of contact between the data owners and the technical/data teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on data cleansing needs.
- Collaborate with data owners to define the scope of data cleansing activities, ensuring data meets quality standards before migration into SAP systems.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of data quality dashboards and reports to track the progress of data cleansing efforts.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on data management and data cleansing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems (SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP MM, etc.), with experience in data migration or integration projects.
- Experience working with business data owners to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Familiarity with data cleansing tools such as InfoSteward and techniques, including data validation, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.
- Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Proficient in creating data reports, dashboards, and metrics to track progress and outcomes of data cleansing activities.
