- Design, develop, and maintain SAP custom applications using ABAP including Reports, SmartForms, ALVs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.
- Implement cross-platform solutions using C, C, and Java for complex SAP ECC integrations and custom utility development.
- Develop and support interfaces between SAP and external systems via RFC, IDoc, BAPI, and web services.
- Integrate SAP with ServiceNow for ITSM workflows and ticketing automation.
- Work with HP Service Manager and HP ALM/HPQC for incident, defect, and test case management throughout the development lifecycle.
- Leverage Confluence for technical documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Work within a structured development methodology using Water-Vole for requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, and deployment.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) ensuring collaborative development and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with QA teams to support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the SAP landscape.
- Provide post-deployment support and documentation to ensure business continuity.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Produce clear, structured technical specifications and system documentation in line with organizational standards.
