SAP S/4HANA Change Lead – ERP Transformation

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Change Lead to support a major enterprise-wide ERP transformation program. This role is critical in driving successful business adoption of SAP S/4HANA and ensuring that people, processes, and technologies transition smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution of change management strategies aligned with transformation goals and best practice methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication activities to ensure consistent messaging and support throughout the transition.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop targeted interventions to address role, process, and technology changes.
- Facilitate business readiness assessments and coordinate go-live preparedness across impacted teams.
- Monitor change adoption, manage resistance, and refine strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment between system deployment and change initiatives.
- Support post-implementation sustainability through training, documentation, and continuous improvement planning.

About You:

- 10 years’ experience in change management and business transformation, with a strong focus on SAP implementations.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP change programs, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience preparing executive-level reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams in complex environments.
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and emotionally intelligent.

Desirable:
- Experience in government, utilities, or enterprise-level transformation programs.
- Certification in Prosci, CIPD, or similar HR transformation credentials.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Clean Core Framework principles.
