Location : Brisbane CBD (Hybrid)
About the role : The architect will be responsible for providing expertise in solution design, integration architecture, data architecture, and technical implementation while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver a sustainable, high-performing, and future-ready ERP platform.
Core deliverables:
- Implementation Architectures
- Technical & Functional Solution Architecture
- Data Architecture
- Integration Architecture
- High and medium level designs options including options analysis and recommendation.
- Undertake and facilitate design reviews and validation sessions.
- Migration Implementation Approach.
- Deliver and facilitate design, build and architectural workshops and forums
- Document solution designs, patterns and architectural roadmaps for governance and decision making.
- Experience across SAP including SAP S/4 HANA HR, Payroll, time and leaves modules, their configuration and customisation and end to end migration Programs.
- Working experience with architectural frameworks and methodologies especially in HCM module.
- Proven ability to design end-to-end Enterprise SAP HCM solution that aligns with business processes, data governance and compliance requirements
- Experience in integration tools and technologies for SAP Cloud Platform integrations, cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS and their roles in HR and Payroll solutions
- Hands-On experience in data migration, system integration, BTP, Extensibility, and cloud-based EPR deployments including understanding of legacy system constraints.
