What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the technical visionary for SAP ECC (6-8 years) and S/4HANA (1-2 years), providing strategic technical guidance.
- Design, develop, and optimise SAP payroll, time management, and attendance solutions to align with business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of payroll, time, and attendance modules with FICO (Finance), maintaining data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Architect and deliver complex technical solutions using ABAP, SAP PI/PO, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Collaborate closely with functional teams, translating business needs into scalable and sustainable technical architectures.
- Guide development teams through technical specifications, best practices, and compliance standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Over 10 years of SAP implementation experience, including deep involvement with ECC and S/4HANA.
- Proven expertise in SAP Payroll, Time, and Attendance modules, with a strong understanding of their integration with FICO.
- Hands-on experience in ABAP, SAP PI/PO, and SAP BTP development and integration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, data flows, and system integration principles.
- Demonstrated career growth from functional consulting to technical architecture roles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to oversee complex technical projects.
- Experience working on international SAP implementations.
- Certifications related to SAP modules or architecture.
- Familiarity with emerging SAP technologies and cloud platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
