About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale digital delivery program, supporting multiple agile teams to deliver enterprise-level transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end agile delivery, enabling teams to modernise systems, uplift digital capabilities, and deliver meaningful outcomes across a complex organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivering value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Drive teams to deliver value each sprint aligned to program roadmaps
  • Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritise and refine backlogs
  • Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery
  • Support and uplift agile maturity and ways of working across teams
  • Partner with Agile Coach to embed best practice Agile/SAFe frameworks
  • Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and cross-team collaboration
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery alignment across multiple teams
  • Provide regular reporting and metrics using tools such as JIRA/Confluence
About You
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master (5 years) in large, complex environments
  • Strong experience working across multiple agile teams
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe experience highly desirable)
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and remove delivery blockers effectively
  • Experience with enterprise digital or transformation programs
Key Skills & Experience
  • Certified Scrum Master (required)
  • SAFe certification (highly regarded)
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of risk and dependency management
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
