We are seeking experienced 2 x Senior Business Analysts to join a large-scale HR/Payroll transformation program. This role is part of a long-term initiative to replace legacy HR systems with a contemporary Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS). The program aims to implement best-fit solutions to support modern HR operations, workforce management, and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and documentation of current and future-state business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define business and functional requirements.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to align with best practices.
- Translate business needs into system configuration specifications.
- Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including traceability and prioritisation.
- Support testing, defect management, and user training.
- Assist in configuration of SuccessFactors modules and support related documentation.
- 8 years of Business Analyst experience, with a strong focus on HR/Payroll systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and testing methodologies.
- Skilled in business process modelling (BPMN) and tools such as SAP Signavio.
- Ability to translate technical constraints into business-focused solutions.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Configuration experience in SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience working on large-scale HCMS or SAP transformation programs.
- Ability to develop training materials and support end users.
- Familiarity with Business Technology Platform (BTP) for process optimisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR or related field.
- Ability to be based in Brisbane with a minimum of three days onsite per week (first three weeks require full-time onsite attendance).
- Availability to commence within a reasonable timeframe.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia and willing to undergo a criminal history check if successful.
