Seeking a Senior Business Analyst (cyber/IAM) to lead discovery and end-to-end analysis for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) uplift/replacement engagement.
Required skills
- Strong hands-on Business Analysis experience across SAP Identity & Access Management landscapes including SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG), SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) and SAP GRC, with clear understanding of identity lifecycle, access provisioning, governance impacts and integration with SAP and non-SAP ecosystems
- Experience analysing and mapping the broader SAP application/identity footprint to support options assessment, vendor evaluation and implementation readiness.
- Proven capability in requirements elicitation and management across business, technical, security and compliance streams (workshops, documentation, prioritisation, traceability)
- Experience supporting vendor selection/procurement activities (market scans, RFI/RFP/RFT, evaluation criteria, weighted scoring, due diligence, recommendations)
- Strong stakeholder management across cyber security, architecture, platforms, delivery teams, procurement and executive audiences
- Solid experience supporting testing: business scenarios, acceptance criteria, SIT/UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and sign-off support
