The role
The Business Analyst will work onsite for key mining players in WA to assist with a large digital projects. Contract and permanent roles are available based in the Perth CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering and business analysis
- Analyse current and future state processes
- Translate business needs into solution options
- Creation of business cases
- Workshops facilitation with stakeholders and business teams
- Supporting transformational change and solution adoption
- Strong, proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role working within either:
- Enterprise scale mining environments
- With rail studies/ feasibility (specifically around digital rail/ AI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant industry tertiary educations / certifications
