About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing technology team responsible for modernising enterprise delivery platforms and supporting large-scale cloud-based applications.
This role will focus on improving CI/CD capability, enhancing cloud infrastructure automation, and supporting application teams delivering business-critical platforms.
You will work closely with developers, testers, platform engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Support cloud-hosted application environments and platform services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, integration, and environment issues.
- Implement DevOps best practices across multiple delivery teams.
- Enhance release management processes and deployment automation.
- Support containerised application deployments and orchestration platforms.
- Collaborate with security and architecture teams to ensure compliance and governance standards are maintained.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across cloud and platform engineering functions.
- Strong experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using enterprise toolsets.
- Hands-on experience with Git-based source control platforms.
- Expertise in Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code technologies.
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Strong scripting or development capability using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise CRM or integration platforms.
- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, or source control migration projects.
- Exposure to API integration platforms.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or enterprise secrets management solutions.
- Knowledge of modern DevSecOps practices and cloud security controls.
- Experience within large enterprise or government environments.
