About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Program Manager to spearhead the strategic delivery of high-impact technological and digital initiatives within our eTech Division.
In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the full program lifecycle—from strategy and planning through to execution and delivery—ensuring outcomes are achieved with precision, efficiency,
and measurable value.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire, influence, and align diverse teams across all organisational levels through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, ensuring cost efficiency, optimal resource allocation, effective scheduling, and proactive risk management.
- Apply strong commercial acumen to analyse complex challenges, identify strategic opportunities, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster high performance, collaboration, and engagement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and uphold governance standards to ensure programs are executed with efficiency, transparency, and full compliance.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal strengths, with the ability to inspire, influence, and align diverse teams across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end program and project management, encompassing cost optimisation, resource allocation, scheduling, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Strong commercial acumen, adept at analysing complex challenges, identifying opportunities, and delivering tangible business results.
- Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring, building high-performing, collaborative, and engaged teams.
- Deep experience in stakeholder engagement and governance, ensuring programs are delivered with efficiency, transparency, and full compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or equivalent qualifications and experience demonstrating capability in these disciplines.
