We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver ICT projects with a strong focus on governance, risk, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including documentation, resource coordination, and status reporting, while ensuring alignment with structured methodologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as PIDs, business cases, risk logs, and financial reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the PMO’s governance framework and standards.
- Provide accurate and timely status updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, manage procurement processes, and oversee vendor engagement.
- Deliver projects using PRINCE2 and/or Agile methodologies.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in ICT environments.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under structured project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with Government procurement processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
