We’re seeking an experienced engineer with strong SecOps capability, Azure cloud expertise, and hands‑on security tooling experience. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving security posture, and working collaboratively across high‑performing teams, this is an excellent opportunity.

About the Role
You will play a key role in the delivery of major cloud and infrastructure security initiatives. This includes hands‑on involvement in design, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and contributing to multiple project streams.

You’ll support cloud migration and modernisation programs, advise on security best practices, and help uplift security standards across the environment. This role also includes contributing to solution investigations, researching emerging technologies, and identifying opportunities to optimise and automate security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver secure cloud solutions within Azure, supporting migration and modernisation initiatives
  • Provide technical input for design, solution evaluation, and investigations
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance cloud and infrastructure environments
  • Apply security best practices across platforms, networks, and cloud services
  • Troubleshoot complex security issues and provide on‑call support as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate security processes
  • Share expertise and support knowledge uplift across the security engineering team
  • Research emerging security technologies and recommend improvements
About You
  • 5 years’ hands‑on experience in Network Security Operations / SecOps
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience delivering and supporting Azure cloud environments
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
  • Scripting skills across PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Infoblox, Zscaler, Cisco FirePower, Palo Alto
  • Strong understanding of Firewalls, PKI, VPN, WAF, proxies, DNS, and Azure/AWS security services
  • Ability to assess and manage risks within security environments
  • Knowledge of security best practices, trends, and modern strategies
