Required skiils and competencies
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Solution Architect with strong business analysis capability, able to translate business requirements into technical specifications and present solution options with cost and risk considerations to stakeholders and governance boards
- Experience in end-to-end digital solution implementation including design, build, data flow mapping, integrations, etc.
- Experience in government with a focus on customer experience (CX) or product innovation.
- Proven track record of implementing successful design thinking projects that have led to measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Highly skilled in using Jira and Confluence
- Good to have : experience with SAP. Microsoft D365, AI and Process Automation
