The client is a rapidly growing, Australian-owned IT consulting firm dedicated to delivering innovative and high-impact technology solutions. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solutions Sales Specialist to take ownership of sales initiatives within a designated industry vertical. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth, working across various locations with flexible arrangements to support your success.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your industry vertical.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, including new business acquisition and account management of existing clients.
- Cultivate long-term trusted relationships with clients, leveraging your existing network and building new connections.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including responding to tenders, providing commercial advice, and supporting contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal practice and technology teams to prepare compelling presentations and demonstrations of Seers’ solutions.
- Engage in market activities such as networking events and online campaigns to promote the Seers brand and industry participation.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within Salesforce, ensuring clear reporting and pipeline management.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives.
- Actively contribute to internal meetings and team initiatives, embodying Seers’ values and culture.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution or digital sales within the ICT sector.
- Proven success negotiating multi-million-dollar deals and managing complex contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop strategic business plans and client solutions.
- Existing relationships with C-suite decision-makers and a track record of business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and position practice-led technologies such as Microsoft and bespoke .net builds.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience working with enterprise government and commercial clients, understanding sales cycles and procurement processes.
- Existing knowledge of or experience in government, finance, or utilities sectors.
- Familiarity with Seers’ product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to coordinate seamlessly with technical and practice leaders to develop tailored business solutions.
