We are seeking a Senior ICT Sourcing Specialist to support complex and high‑risk ICT procurement and contract activities within a large public‑sector environment.
The Role You will lead and support end‑to‑end ICT sourcing activities, from market engagement through to evaluation and contract formation, ensuring compliance with governance, probity, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ICT sourcing activities including RFIs, RFQs, RFRs and exemptions
- Develop sourcing strategies, procurement plans, market analysis and evaluation frameworks
- Provide procurement advice on risk, value for money and appropriate pathways
- Support evaluation processes, clarifications and reporting
- Coordinate supplier engagement in line with probity requirements
- Assist with contract formation aligned to QITC/GITC or equivalent frameworks
- Proven experience in ICT sourcing and procurement within large, complex organisations
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks(QLD Government, local government or equivalent)
- Experience with high‑value, high‑risk ICT procurements
- Strong understanding of ICT commercial models (services, software, cloud, managed services)
- Excellent written communication skills
