We are seeking an experienced Program Quality Assurance Specialist to support a major ERP transformation program. This role ensures high-quality deliverables through robust QA frameworks, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply QA frameworks, conduct health checks, and monitor compliance to meet program objectives.
- Coordinate quality metrics, reporting, and document control, supporting risk mitigation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Proven experience in QA coordination and quality management across IT or business transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP S4HANA, SAP Activate methodology, and stage gate governance models.
- Experience with project management/collaboration tools and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Quality Management, or related field (highly desirable).
- Project or program management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, AgilePM, or equivalent) advantageous.
