About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Workplace Technology Engineer to support and enhance End User Compute and Modern Workplace services in a large, complex environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with influence over SOE, device strategy, and modern workplace tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support EUC services including SOE, device management, and M365 applications
- Provide Level 2/3 technical, VIP, and field support across multiple sites
- Design, implement, and maintain modern workplace solutions to improve user experience
- Troubleshoot complex issues across devices, applications, identity, and networks
- Contribute to technology projects, upgrades, and operational initiatives while maintaining strong security and compliance standards
- Strong experience in End User Computing or Modern Workplace environments
- Expertise with MECM, Intune, Windows 11, M365, Defender, Azure AD, and EUC devices
- Excellent customer focus with the ability to support senior stakeholders
