Abour the role:
We are seeking an experienced Server Engineer to join our Operational Technology and Infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and VMware environments.
- Support and optimise Dell server hardware across operational sites.
- Resolve IT tickets efficiently using tools like ServiceNow.
- Lead problem management initiatives and drive permanent solutions.
- Identify and implement process and technology improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with enterprise Windows Server and VMware.
- Solid knowledge of Dell server hardware.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow).
- Confident working independently at an operational level.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
