Working across a large and complex ICT environment, you will partner with Project Managers, Service Owners, Solution Architects, Transition Managers, and operational support teams to ensure services are supportable, sustainable, and ready for successful production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Service Operating Models, service strategies, and transition roadmaps.
- Lead Operational Readiness Assessments (ORA) and Transition to BAU activities.
- Create service blueprints, support models, and service lifecycle artefacts.
- Provide strategic advice on service architecture, governance, and operational support requirements.
- Ensure new and enhanced services meet operational acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive successful service outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for continual service improvement and operational excellence.
- 5+ years' experience in Service Design, Service Architecture, Operational Readiness, Service Transition, or IT Service Management.
- Experience developing Service Operating Models, Support Models, and Transition-to-Operations frameworks.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and operational governance.
- Experience working within large and complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in government, healthcare, utilities, or other highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, or similar frameworks.
- ITIL certification.
