The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Solution Lead to drive the design and delivery of complex operational and digital solutions in asset-intensive environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design across operational, data, and technology domains.
- Guide technical direction across large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive outcomes.
- Contribute to innovation across automation, analytics, and smart operations.
- Proven background in solution architecture or engineering leadership.
- Strong exposure to Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Background working in asset-heavy or industrial sectors.
- Strong systems thinking, with experience designing secure and scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and lead across complex organisations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, cloud platforms) are highly regarded
- Exposure to industrial automation or large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as digital twins, smart operations, or advanced automation.
