We’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated Solutions driven Account Manager to be a key partner in our global staffing enterprise, part of RGF Staffing—a company renowned for connecting talented people with transformative opportunities worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Government and Commercial clients and integrators, acting as their trusted advisor from onboarding through full operational integration with Peoplebank and Leaders IT. Your influence will help foster lasting relationships, develop new business, and contribute to our mission of delivering impactful staffing solutions.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or client relationship roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
- Deep understanding of staffing solutions, with the ability to tailor offerings to client needs
- Excellent pipeline and project management skills
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and execute effectively
- Experience working with government clients or Commercial clients in a consultative environment
- Knowledge of SOW (Statement of Work) and talent solutions like Leaders’ offerings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in account management, sales, or related roles within consulting or recruitment
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites or company offices
- Relevant certifications in sales or account management are a plus
