We are seeking an experienced ICT Solution Architect to provide expert guidance across a portfolio of ICT initiatives and projects. This role will suit a professional with proven architecture experience in large, complex ICT environments who enjoys working across multiple domains and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture activities and deliver high-quality artefacts.
- Develop solution specifications, high-level designs, and implementation approaches.
- Conduct options analysis and provide recommendations aligned with enterprise standards.
- Support ICT procurement processes, including vendor engagement and evaluation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and align business and technical requirements.
- Review, validate, and ensure compliance with enterprise and security architecture.
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect or consultant across multiple ICT domains.
- Skilled in developing solution roadmaps, design documentation, and architecture artefacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Experience in ICT procurement and vendor engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of TOGAF principles is highly regarded.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud CX, Adobe Experience Manager, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration is desirable.
