About the role:
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to support and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure service delivery. This role involves hands-on system administration, incident management, and providing clear technical guidance to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments
- Monitor system performance and ensure service levels are met
- Investigate and resolve incidents, including minor security issues
- Follow change control processes and document system changes
- Provide Level 2/3 support and act as a key liaison for IT infrastructure services
- Contribute to system improvements, testing, and implementation of modern technologies
- Strong experience with Active Directory & Entra, M365, and Windows/Linux servers
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) and hybrid environments
- Familiarity with Kubernetes/containers, hypervisors (Proxmox, Hyper-V), and backup systems
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG)
- Solid understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, and problem management)
- Full Australian working rights
- National Police Check (issued within last 6 months)
- Willingness to travel within WA (short-term)
