About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Infrastructure Team Lead to manage a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers, ensuring round-the-clock coverage for production incidents and requests.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team providing 24/7 first-line response for production incidents and requests.
  • Oversee and coordinate the resolution of infrastructure outages and service failures with vendors/site support.
  • Manage and maintain internal and support knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the domain strategy reflects current needs.
  • Promote a positive customer service culture within the team.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Manage contractors working within your area of responsibility.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Proven leadership experience in a frontline team or service desk environment.
  • Knowledge of workstation and server-based technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco/networking technologies.
  • Good understanding of IT security practices.
  • Proficiency with network management systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and ServiceNow.
