About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Infrastructure Team Lead to manage a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers, ensuring round-the-clock coverage for production incidents and requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team providing 24/7 first-line response for production incidents and requests.
- Oversee and coordinate the resolution of infrastructure outages and service failures with vendors/site support.
- Manage and maintain internal and support knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the domain strategy reflects current needs.
- Promote a positive customer service culture within the team.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
- Manage contractors working within your area of responsibility.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Proven leadership experience in a frontline team or service desk environment.
- Knowledge of workstation and server-based technologies.
- Experience with Cisco/networking technologies.
- Good understanding of IT security practices.
- Proficiency with network management systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and ServiceNow.
