We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Analyst to support a high-performing team in enhancing service delivery, optimising processes, and embedding Agile ways of working. This is a contract opportunity with a focus on collaboration, documentation, and continuous improvement within a technical services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Agile implementation, including facilitation of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain workflows, process flows, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Create and manage service catalogues and frameworks to improve visibility and alignment.
- Leverage Confluence and Jira to support knowledge management and project tracking.
- Conduct technical analysis and collaborate with service managers to identify and implement improvements.
- Foster team collaboration through structured communication, feedback, and community of practice initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Experience in documenting workflows, service frameworks, and technical processes.
- Ability to analyse and present technical information clearly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in IT service delivery or technical project environments.
