About the Role:
As a Cyber Business Analyst specialising in IAM, you will play a key role in shaping, analysing, and implementing critical identity initiatives including cloud migration, customer MFA rollout, and SailPoint onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities for IAM initiatives across the organisation.
- Collaborate on the rollout of External Customer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Support migration of key applications to AWS Cloud and containerised environments.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for IAM integrations.
- Facilitate onboarding and configuration of applications into SailPoint.
- Conduct detailed analysis and articulate complex IAM processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and security frameworks.
Skills and Experience:
- 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within Cyber Security domains, specifically IAM.
- Proven experience with IAM platforms such as IBM Verify Access and SailPoint.
- Strong understanding of MFA implementation strategies, particularly for external customer authentication.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and containerisation practices.
- Familiarity with API integration processes and best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
