We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support, delivering digital solutions aligned to our Digital Roadmap. Reporting to the Manager, Medical Delivery, you will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into build‑ready user stories and Power Platform solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and user stories
- Act as liaison between stakeholders, architects, designers, and developers
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform (Model Driven Apps)
- Build and manage Power Automate flows and support Power Pages/Portals
- Support testing, training, and user adoption
- Manage DevOps boards, sprints, and delivery artefacts
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform experience
- Hands-on configuration and workflow automation experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
- Agile and/or Microsoft certifications
