- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, vendor, and internal teams to identify program goals and desired outcomes
- Analyse current referral processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement that align with project objectives
- Capture and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Develop both functional and non-functional specifications to support solutions design and procurement activities
- Support project planning, including managing timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones
- Assist in evaluating potential solutions by developing criteria for assessment and selection
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards to promote digital maturity in referral processes
- Extensive experience in business analysis within large-scale ICT projects, particularly in complex environments
- Proven ability to gather, interpret, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Experience in creating detailed specifications for solution design, procurement, and implementation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships across diverse teams and vendors
- Demonstrable knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and risk management practices
- Relevant certification in business analysis or project management is desirable
- Skills in developing project plans, including timelines, resource management, and budgeting
- High adaptability and excellent communication skills
