About You
You are a senior technology professional with a track record of influencing strategy and shaping technology direction within complex operational environments.
You will demonstrate:
- 10+ years of technology, engineering, architecture or consulting experience.
- Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, Principal Consultant, Technology Lead or similar leadership role.
- Strong ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success shaping technology strategy, roadmaps or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration and solution design principles.
- The ability to assess business problems, identify root causes and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams and guiding less experienced professionals.
- Mining, rail, energy, utilities or heavy industry experience.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent architecture framework experience.
- Cloud architecture certifications.
- Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Knowledge of data platforms, industrial systems, automation technologies or operational technology ecosystems.
