The Role
- Develop and deliver training strategies, plans and materials.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and tailor content to varied audiences.
- Facilitate training across metropolitan and regional locations (travel required).
- Coordinate logistics, schedules and stakeholder engagement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide reporting to leadership.
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Training Lead/Manager in digital or ICT transformation.
- Strong facilitation skills and comfortable delivering training hands‑on.
- Experience with LMS platforms and training evaluation.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Adaptable, organised and collaborative.
- Hybrid work with expected office attendance twice weekly (Brisbane CBD).
- Tuesdays are the anchor day.
- Additional on‑site attendance for workshops and regional training.
