Hands on role - PMO Our government client is seeking a Strategic Transformation & Implementation Specialist, to support the rollout of a major business transformation roadmap. You’ll help turn strategic plans into practical actions, frameworks, and tools that drive real results across a large portfolio.So if your looking for a contract role where you can:

- Shape transformation: Build frameworks, tools, and processes for lasting impact.
- Engage and influence: Collaborate across teams to deliver results in a dynamic, hybrid government environment.
- Develop and implement transformation plans and roadmaps.
- Design governance frameworks and reporting tools.
- Standardise project management templates and processes.
- Engage and support stakeholders to ensure adoption of new practices.
- Manage risks and provide assurance on implementation progress.
- Experience in program/project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
- Skilled in developing governance frameworks and tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Able to drive practical change and deliver results.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in government or large organisations is highly regarded.
