About the Role

You will serve as the go-to expert for UKG Pro WFM implementations and ongoing support, bridging the gap between complex technical systems and our clients' workforce management needs. Your expertise will directly shape client outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert functional support for UKG Pro WFM across client environments
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships based on deep product knowledge
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues with speed and precision
  • Manage system integration and administration tasks to ensure seamless platform performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-time project outcomes
  • Document solutions, configurations, and best practices to build internal knowledge
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a technical system integrator or systems administrator on UKG Pro WFM
  • Deep functional knowledge across one or more WFM areas: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence/Leave, or Accruals
  • Strong client-facing presence — confident communicator who builds trust quickly
  • Sharp analytical mindset with a natural ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
