About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Senior Solution Designer with strong Workday expertise and deep superannuation industry knowledge to design and deliver complex, compliant solutions within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full design of Workday solutions across modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financial Management, Prism, and Integrations.
- Create clear and high-quality functional and solution designs that match business goals, compliance needs, and architecture standards.
- Define future-state and transition plans, including process flows, data models, and integration approaches.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and meet compliance requirements from APRA, ATO, ASIC, and privacy regulations related to superannuation.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience working as a Senior Solution Designer or Solution Architect on Workday projects.
- Good experience in the superannuation industry, preferably with large super funds or financial services companies.
- Solid understanding of Australian payroll, superannuation laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience designing and managing complex Workday integrations.
- Ability to turn business and regulatory needs into clear and practical solution designs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work well with business and technical teams.
