The Leaders IT Launch Program empowers new hires to soar from the starts. Launch is a structured coaching and performance enablement program designed to help you settle in faster, build confidence and make a meaningful impact from the outset.
Through personalised coaching, behavioural insights and clear development milestones, Launch provides the guidance, support and accountability needed to help you thrive in your new role.
The 90-day mentoring program is built for consultants stepping into a new organisation.
Leaders IT provide six fortnightly sessions designed around the challenges that actually matter early on: self awareness, credibility, visibility, relationships and getting traction fast. This is backed by regular check-ins to keep you aligned with what your manager needs to see.
