BACKGROUND

Two major Australian banks enlisted the expertise of Leaders IT for a crucial data migration initiative within a comprehensive banking transformation program. The project's objective was to migrate from a legacy system, redirecting all other applications to a new system.

APPROACH

Leaders IT consultants undertook a thorough analysis to define the business requirements for the migration project. This endeavour necessitated specialised skills for complex data migration and integration activities, particularly in integrating with backend systems. Leaders IT consultants conducted data mapping and migration from the legacy system to the new application, working towards seamless transition and minimal disruption. They assisted in documenting features and capabilities, collaborating closely with the banks to establish a robust technology delivery framework. Leaders IT consultants are actively supporting the Salesforce and nCino migration. Throughout the process, requirement-gathering sessions have been conducted in collaboration with partners, business stakeholders, and architecture resources.
