BACKGROUND
A federal government agency’s Resource Planning Program (RRP) aimed at standardising its business processes in response to an internal review’s recommendations, supported by a contemporary technology solution. They partnered with Leaders IT to lead data management, facilitating RPP adoption and process alignment. The program required several resources accountable to the organisation for ensuring alignment of the program’s HRsolution, business processes and outcomes with organisational policy and frameworks.
APPROACH
Leaders IT delivered a team of 14 resources including PMO Manager, Delivery Manager, HR Delivery Leadership, Asset Leadership and Data/Analytics Leadership to the PMO. The Resource Planning team contributed to end-to-end business process standardisation consistent with internal review recommendations, supported by a contemporary technology solution. Our resources were responsible for managing the program management office and associated support services. The required services included the provision of specialist advice and direct support to executives, line managers, project manager and project staff.
